As a consumer, you have the right to inform UMA that you are not purchasing the goods you have receive, without penalties to be paid, and without justification. This has to be done within 14 days of reception of the goods.
Would you like to make use of this renunciation right? Please proceed as follows:
- In order to return an order, please go to ‘My orders’ and select the item(s) that you wish to return. Then click the ‘return’ button and follow the instructions on your screen. In case you didn’t create an account with us: send an email to email@example.com within 14 days of reception of the goods, with reference to the order number, the items you would like to return and your bank account number.
- Send us the items you would like to return within 20 days of the reception of the goods to the following address: UMA, Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat 82, 2800 Mechelen.
- Goods with a value of more than 100 € need to be returned by a courier service (such as DPD, DHL, PostNL, Fedex) or with a traceable parcel delivery service of BPOST.
- The costs of the return shipment are at the expense of the buyer.
- Within 7 days after reception of the return shipment, we will refund your purchase (exclusive of return shipment costs) to your bank account.
- Only items in their original packaging and state, with the original tags, labels and accessories, accompanied by the invoice or receipt will be accepted and refunded. Returns of used, soiled, damaged, washed or severely crimpled articles will not be accepted. Articles that are personalized for the customer cannot be returned.

DAMAGES OR SHORTCOMINGS?
UMA packs and ships its goods with the greatest care. Should you detect damages or a quality issue with an item, please send us an email reporting such issue within 3 days after reception of the goods. Please attach a photo to the email and a description of the issue. We will do the best we can to find a suitable solution!
