As a consumer, you have the right to inform UMA that you are not purchasing the goods you have receive, without penalties to be paid, and without justification. This has to be done within 14 days of reception of the goods.
Would you like to make use of this renunciation right? Please proceed as follows:
- In order to return an order, please go to ‘My orders’ and select the item(s) that you wish to return. Then click the ‘return’ button and follow the instructions on your screen. In case you didn’t create an account with us: send an email to info@uma-store.be within 14 days of reception of the goods, with reference to the order number, the items you would like to return and your bank account number.
- Send us the items you would like to return within 20 days of the reception of the goods.
- Customers in Belgium can use the return label shipped with the order for returns. A cost of 3,95 will be deducted from the reimbursement (except in case of exchange).
- For customers outside Belgium, the cost for returns is at the expense of the customer (also in case of exchanges). Please send the package to the following address: UMA, Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat 82, 2800 Mechelen (Belgium).
- The risk of the return is born by the customer. Hence we recommend for goods with a value of more than 100 € to ensure the transport of the package.
- Within 14 days after reception of the return shipment, we will refund your purchase (exclusive of return shipment costs for Belgian customers) to your bank account.
- Only items in their original packaging and state, with the original tags, labels and accessories, accompanied by the invoice or receipt will be accepted and refunded. Returns of used, soiled, damaged, washed or severely crimpled articles will not be accepted. Articles that are personalized for the customer cannot be returned.

When you would like to exchange the item for same item in a bigger or smaller size? We will send you the article, if stock allows, at no extra expense. For exchanges, please contact us by email on info@uma-store.be
DAMAGES OR SHORTCOMINGS?
UMA packs and ships its goods with the greatest care. Should you detect damages or a quality issue with an item, please send us an email reporting such issue within 3 days after reception of the goods. Please attach a photo to the email and a description of the issue. We will do the best we can to find a suitable solution!
