We use Bpost for shipping. We try to ship your package the day of the order or the next business day at the latest. At the start of the delivery process, you receive an email with the track and trace code. With this code, you can track your package.

• Shipping within Belgium and the Netherlands: 5,95 €, free as of 125 €
• Shipping to Germany and Luxembourg : 7,95 €, France : 8,95 € (other countries, see checkout page)
• Free shipping and returns for exchanges (Belgium only)
• Return labels in the box , a cost of 3,95 € will be deducted from the reimbursement (Belgium only)
• Shipping for returns at the expense of the customer (countries other than Belgium)
• 14 days return period (after reception of the package)
